What does 100% vegan mean?
This means that our products are not tested on animals and contain zero animal derivatives.

How is it good for my skin?
Our make-up contains plant- and mineral-based goodness that helps nourish the skin.

Is it as good quality as non-vegan make-up?
Absolutely! We have worked really hard to ensure our make-up is of the best quality in terms of how beautiful it looks and how brilliantly it performs. We’ve also ensured that it is kind to your skin. The quality comes in the small number of excellent ingredients that we use.

Does Be at One contain parabens?
No, our brand does not use parabens.
 
Which Be at One products offer sun protection?
Our Be Cheeky powder contains SPF15 and our Be Radiant BB cream contains SPF30.

What are the hero natural ingredients in Be at One?
Lots of our products contain argan oil, aloe vera and avocado oil, which all help to condition and moisturise the skin.

Does Be at One contain nuts?
We use coconut, in our lip products, for its moisturising qualities.

Is your make-up natural?
Our make-up is as natural as we can make it. If it was 100% natural its shelf life would barely stretch beyond a week. We have added only the barest minimum of non-natural ingredients, which are necessary to prevent the products from going off.

Is your packaging recyclable?
We have, where possible, used recyclable, environmentally-friendly packaging.  We have used alternatives only where not doing so would compromise the quality of our make-up. We want to reduce our use of plastic, however, it is a material that is functional, safe and doesn’t leach into the product. We will continue to search for the most earth-friendly options possible.

When will my order be delivered?
Orders are shipped using First Class Royal Mail. Please allow 2-5 days (including Saturdays) for your order to arrive. Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Do you ship to outside of the UK?
Yes. We ship internationally.
